如何寫活動分析報告
1.最起碼，要拿它來應付老大吩咐的差事
2.其次，活動分析可以說明這次活動的效果到底好不好，有多好
3.最重要的，分析活動后可以總結經驗和教訓，指導以后的活動
1.通過分析數(shù)據，來說明本次活動是否成功
1.作為一個活動策劃，分析活動無疑是對自己工作的檢查和升華。所以最主要是寫給自己
2.其次，運營經理最需要這個分析，活動是運營工作的重要組成部分，作為老大，他自然要對所有運營情況了如指掌
3.此外，運營經理還會將活動分析上交給運營中心的老大及老總（由于我們公司旗下有多款游戲，所以各個游戲及聯(lián)運的運營組都屬于運營中心），雖然不能刻意做成給老總的版本，但是也要注意：對游戲不十分熟悉的人也盡量能看懂
